Balcones Woods is an established neighborhood with towering
trees located between Hwy 183 and Mopac North Austin off of Balcones Woods Dr. There
are a little over 500 homes in the neighborhood and the price point is anywhere
from the low 200’s to the upper $300 thousands. The homes are built from 1970
to the mid 1980s. There is an active community center where residents can meet
and get to know each other. There is a pool, playground and tennis courts
available to the residents.
Balcones Woods is in a superb location with easy access to
183 and Mopac. It is close to many major employers such as IBM, Dell and
Samsung. It is also only a short 15 minute drive to downtown Austin.
There is ample shopping and restaurants nearby at the
Arboretum, Domain and plenty of big box stores.
