This is as outstanding feedback as it gets. The question is not what does Jenny do to help you, but what does Jenny not do. I've worked with Jenny a couple of times and she never ceases to amaze. In short, she is AMAZING, is always on top of things and MORE. Let me explain on what I mean by MORE.
Jenny represented me as the buyer's agent. Aside from helping me with my house selections with what she HONESTLY thinks about the houses we look at (whether the house has potential, is layout good, is the neighborhood good, is the house a money-pit, etc -- all those other concerns besides the usual "do I, as a buyer, like the house"), I had quite a weird situation. To make the story short, the seller of the house was not in good terms with his own selling agent. This caused a lot of confusions from the very beginning. I didn't know the root cause until way later. On top of that, there were all sorts of issues proceeding through the sale. To name a few, the roof of the house was very old and needed to be replaced before closing and the seller was a little behind on packing up and leaving before the closing date.
In short, Jenny has an awesome people and management skill. Somehow, the seller decided to communicate only to Jenny (note that she's my agent), and then Jenny to his own seller agent, which I find very funny. She also made sure the house was good and ready to move-in on our closing. I literally still had 2 large waste management bags in front of my yard the day I moved in. Jenny made sure all the trash collection has been arranged and paid for by the seller. Another funky thing that happened on our closing day, some things came up with the lenders (as usual nowadays) that caused our funding to be pushed back all the way to very late afternoon (this is already after multiple delays on the closing date). Jenny was on top of all of that making sure everything went through that very evening.

The neatest thing was being in Tokyo when our house sold, and being able to receive the contact electronically while there, and sign it electronically and send it back.

Jenny provided us with good advice regarding preparation of the property before putting it on the market. Her advice paid off in spades - we sold the property to the first person who saw it (less than 24 hours after the property was electronically listed for sale). You can't beat results like that.
While purchasing our home we had several issues come up in the inspection. The homeowner's agent failed to communicate with them in a timely fashion. This caused us to arrive for at the home for a scheduled inspection, but the homeowners had not been contacted by their agent. Jenny had to handle a very uncomfortable confrontation! She did this in a not only professional manner, but was able to smooth things over with the homeowners so we could enter the home without any problem. When a couple of the items to be corrected weren't adequate, Jenny immediately moved to correct these items, before Ray or I even had time to figure out what we should do. I would and will recommend Jenny to anyone who wants to purchase or sell a home. I feel as though I not only gained a great resource in the home market, but also a new friend in Austin!

Jenny went the extra miles (literally) to help us find an investment rental home. She assisted us with the unusual complications that arose from the house having current tenants that were planning to stay in the house after our purchase, which is what we wanted...instant tenants! By and large individuals selling their home have time constraints and important reasons for selling, and nothing is more important than the sale of that property. My case was no different, looking back it seems like an impossible expectation to have, but Jenny focused only on the goal and what needed to be accomplished. Her attitude was perfect, she was direct and highly knowledgeable about her profession and educated me on many real estate issues. She also brought in someone to stage the home and I believe this made a huge and overwhelming difference in prepping the home to go on the market. Jenny knew that once the house went on the market it had to show well and impress from the very first viewing. Somehow, amazingly everything fell into place, and Jenny was diligent through the difficult negotiating phase so that we didn't lose that first potential buyer. Actually, there was no room for error since the closing occurred on May 29th and I moved to Europe on June 2nd.
